ianudh’s terms of servicePlease read carefully before ordering a commission.1. IntroductionThank you for your interest in commissioning me. These Terms of Service are here to ensure a clear, fair, and respectful agreement between us. By commissioning me, you agree to the terms below.2. GeneralProvide as many references/details as possible as I’d like to design the character to perfectly suit your vision. So, please be very precise in the reference files and description when ordering.3. Payment• Full payment is required before I begin working on the commission.
• Refunds are available only if I have not yet started working. Once the sketch process begins, I cannot issue a refund.A. Full Refund (100%) Conditions
• The client cancels before the work begins.
• Work has not passed the initial sketch stage.
• Refund is only valid if no revisions or concept approvals have been made.B. Partial Refund Conditions
• 50% refund → if the cancellation occurs after the sketch.
• No refund → if the work has reached the coloring/final stage.
• Additional fees (add-ons, rush orders, commercial licenses) are non-refundable once work on them has started.C. Refunds Initiated by the Artist
• The artist may issue a full refund if:
• Unable to complete the commission due to personal or technical reasons.
• There is an issue with the file or final output that cannot be fixed.
• If the artist discontinues the project midway, the existing work files may be delivered to the client along with the refund.D. Additional Terms
• Refunds will be processed within X business days (e.g., 7 days) through the original payment method.
• Platform/payment gateway fees (e.g., PayPal fees) are borne by the client.
• Refunds will not be granted for reasons such as:
• The client changes their mind.
• The client fails to provide clear references from the start.
• The client requests a result “similar to another artist’s” that would infringe on copyright.4. Process and Revisions• I will provide an initial sketch for your approval. You are allowed free revisions at the sketch stage.
• Once the sketch is approved and I begin coloring, you are allowed one (2) minor revision (such as color adjustment or small detail).
• Additional or major revisions after the approved sketch may incur extra fees.
• Turnaround time varies depending on the complexity and my workload. The estimated timeframe is 7 days to 14 days.
• I will communicate with you if delays occur.5. Deliverables• The final product will be a digital file (PNG and JPG unless requested otherwise), delivered via vgen system.
• No physical items will be shipped.
• You will receive:
• One full-resolution artwork — up to about 2000 to 4000 px and 300 dpi6. Usage RightsFor personal use commissions:
• You may use the artwork for personal purposes such as profile pictures, wallpapers, or printing for yourself.
• You may post the artwork online with visible credit to me — @ianudh
• You may not sell, reproduce, or profit from the commissioned artwork without purchasing commercial rights.
• You may not modify, trace, or use the artwork for AI tools, NFTs, or similar technologies.For the artist:
• I retain the copyright and moral rights to the artwork.
• I may post the artwork in my portfolio or on social media, unless the client requests privacy in advance.7. Commercial UseIf you intend to use the artwork for commercial purposes (streaming assets, merchandise, promotional materials, etc.), a commercial license is required.
• The commercial fee is depending on usage.
• Please disclose your intended usage upfront so we can agree on fair pricing and licensing terms.
• You can see the commercial fee in the request form.8. What I Will Not DrawTo maintain quality and personal comfort, I do not accept commissions involving the following:
• Gore or violent themes
• Political or hate content
• Mecha or hyper-realistic stylesIf I feel uncomfortable with a request, I reserve the right to decline the commission.9. Privacy and Confidentiality• I respect your privacy. If you prefer your commission not to be shared publicly, please let me know during the order process.
• Any reference materials or personal data you provide will be treated with confidentiality and used only for the purpose of completing your commission.10. Communication• I will communicate primarily through email or social media dms.
• I aim to reply within 1–2 business days.
• Regular updates will be provided during the commission process.11. AgreementBy commissioning me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms stated above.Thank you for supporting my work. I truly appreciate the opportunity to create something special for you.—ianudh
